Welling Police have issued an update regarding the incident last night.
Officers were called at 8.38pm to a church hall on Deepdene Road after a number of uninvited individuals turning up to a birthday party.
Police attended and found 200-300 individuals who were hostile towards officers.
Officers had objects thrown at them and some received minor injuries, however no other injuries have been reported.

Reports indicated that individuals had turned up with weapons and a large machete was recovered from the scene.
A section 60 stop and search order was implemented and a number of people were searched as part of this.
Four teenagers have now been arrested.
One juvenile female was arrested for assaulting an emergency worker
One juvenile man was arrested for a racially aggravated public order offence
And one juvenile man was arrested for assaulting an emergency worker
All those arrested were taken to a South London Police Station.
