In an already busy day for Dartford firefighters, crews were dispatched earlier this afternoon to tackle a cornfield alight near South Darenth.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a standing corn field fire next to Shrubbery Road, Dartford shortly before 5pm.
Crews extinguished the flames before 5:30pm and there were no reported casualties.
The cause isn't clear at this stage.
