Dartford crossing
Traffic was brought to a standstill at the Darford crossing due to a police incident.
At around 6.15pm cars heading clockwise were stopped on approach to the Queen Elizabeth II bridge.
Police held traffic from junction 31 for Lakeside to junction 1a for Swanscombe.
The bridge has now been fully reopened.
