Two men in their 30s have been arrested this morning after a man was robbed in Dartford.
Kent Police were called to Priory Market Place at 8.09am after reports of a man being attacked.
However, police have now confirmed the incident happened in a car park off Instone Road.
Police also said the Priory Shopping Centre had nothing to do with the incident.
Social media reports suggested a victim had been stabbed, but police said there was no suggestion of a stabbing.
A spokesman added: "Officers attended the area and following a search of the area arrested two men on suspicion of robbery."
One of the arrested men is aged 37 and lives in Gravesend and the other suspect is 33 and is from Dartford.
Both have been bailed pending further enquiries, until July 19.
