A woman was reportedly left in tears and a man was racially abused after the disgusting actions of three youngsters in Biggin Hill.

The man was apparently called a 'paki' and had stones thrown at him while waiting for a bus at Stock Hill Medical Centre in Westerham.

Trouble started minutes earlier when a woman was sat waiting for a bus to take her to work just before 3pm on Tuesday, June 11.

The woman’s mother, Karen Naish-Naidu, spoke to News Shopper about what happened.

"These three people approached the bus stop and one went straight into my daughter’s face," she said.

"She could feel his breath on her, and he said something and made a noise, but she was not sure what because she was so upset."

One of the teenagers went to the back of the bus shelter and began banging on the glass where the woman was leaning against.

"She was very intimidated," mum Karen said.

Things took an even darker turn when a man came over to wait for a bus to go towards New Addington.

The mum, who walked by the bus stop minutes after the incident, said: "He was Indian and they called him a 'paki' and started throwing things at him.

"He didn’t say anything and didn’t react. Nowadays you don’t know whether they have a knife. We read what happened when that pregnant lady tried to intervene outside Sainsbury’s."

Karen said her daughter, who suffers from anxiety, spent the afternoon crying and is still shaken up by what happened.

The police were not called, and Karen said two of the boys were black and one was lighter skinned.

All three jumped on the next bus along with the man they had abused, while her daughter waited for the next one.

Karen, who is half-Indian, was left disgusted when she heard what happened.

"This happened in the 70s," she said. "As soon as my daughter told me they were calling him 'paki', I thought, 'oh my god'.

"I didn’t think black people would racially abuse another person of colour."
