Fire services put out a blaze at a commercial property near Dartford last night.
Kent Fire and Rescue were called to Bean High Street shortly after 11.30pm.
Three fire engines attended and crews wearing breathing apparatus extinguished a fire near the rear of the building using two hose reel jets.
It was brought under control by 12.30am. There were no reported injuries.
The cause of the fire is believed to be an electrical fault.
