NEW plans to build four houses in a vacant industrial site have been submitted.
Changes have been made to the proposed development on the corner of Adelaide Street and Bridgeman Street which was granted planning permission earlier this year.
Two of the houses will now have the same design as each other and another plot has been changed to make the back of the property wider.
Planning agent Sohail Musa said the four plots will remain the same size, the new application simply had some "design tweaks".
He said: "This was just to create a bit more depth to the building and let more light in. You can actually walk around the whole site now. It's been brought in from the corner."
There will still be the same number of parking spaces at the development in front of the houses.
Planning permission was previously granted to two separate applications for five dwellings at the site.
The site of the former warehouse is located next to the Grade-II listed Higher Swan Mill.
