Police have appealed for witnesses after a 28-year-old man died in a fatal crash in Bromley yesterday morning.
A grey ford transit and a black moped crashed in Homesdale Road, near the junction with Masons Hill, just before 8am.
The police appeal read: "The driver of the van stopped at the scene. He was not arrested and is assisting police with the investigation."
The moped rider was pronounced dead at the scene and his next of kin have been informed.
Police officers, the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance all attended.
Any witnesses who may have seen the incident have been encouraged to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 020 8285 1574.
