A "rough sleeper" has been found dead on the streets of Bromley Town Centre.
The man, named locally as Peter, was found on Sunday, May 12 at the bottom of the busy High Street.
A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service confirmed a man was pronounced dead at the scene in the early afternoon.
The spokesman said: "We were called at 1.50pm yesterday, May 12, to High Street, Bromley to reports of a person unwell.
"We sent two medics in cars and an ambulance crew to the scene.
"Sadly, a man was pronounced dead at the scene."
A spokesman for the Met confirmed the death is being treated as non-suspicious.
A spokesman said: "Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at around 2pm on Sunday, May 12 to a man deceased on Bromley High Street.
"Officers attended and a man (no further details) was pronounced dead at the scene.
"At this stage the death is being treated as non-suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner."
Although not confirmed, tributes have been paid online to a rough sleeper named "Peter".
