Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has revealed midfielder Kevin De Bruyne could face Albion in the final game of the season on Sunday.
The Belgian has been out with a hamstring injury but could feature as leaders City bid to retain the title.
Guardiola told his pre-match press conference: "He has made part of the training sessions for the past two days. He could (play)."
Influential Brazilian defensive midfielder Fernandinho will still be missing at the Amex.
Guardiola said: "He is not available. I don't know (about the FA Cup final) - but maybe."
City, needing to win to guarantee retaining their crown, have beaten Albion three times by two-goal margins in the Premier League and edged past them 1-0 in last month's FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.
Guardiola said: "We have analysed them this week. We know how well they defend. It is always difficult. We just have to focus on the game we play."
