There was a signalling fault at Shortlands
Commuters travelling between Herne Hill and Bickley should expect delays this evening due to a signalling fault.
An error with the system at Shortlands is disrupting the line, causing trains to be delayed, cancelled or amended.
The issue is expected to continue until 8pm.
The fault is restricting the movement of trains in the Shortlands area, meaning fewer trains than normal are able to run between Kent House and Bickley.
Network Rail engineers are on site working to resolve the issue.
