Greenwich Council announced the return of their mobile kitchen this Easter holiday period.
The project is called Holiday Meals and offers free, healthy meals for school-age children in Greenwich during school holidays.
This Easter break will mark the fourth time the Council's project, aimed at tackling food poverty in Greenwich, will return to the borough after its debut last summer.
Speaking on Friday (April 5) when the news was announced Greenwich Council Leader Danny Thorpe said that the project highlighted the council's determination to tackle food poverty and hunger in the borough.
Cllr Thorpe said: "Food poverty is a real issue for many families but the delicious and nutritious freshly made meals funded by the Council will help make sure that no child goes hungry this Easter."
The Holiday Meals kitchen will visit a number of locations such as adventure playgrounds and youth clubs throughout the Easter period.
Greenwich Council said that children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the youth clubs and children under 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the adventure playgrounds.
