CIARAN MACDONAGH, 40, of Margaret Road, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle without due care and attention on September 25 at Abingdon Road, Oxford. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

ABDUL KALAM, 51, of Pickett Avenue, Oxford, admitted driving a vehicle without due care and attention at The Slade, Oxford on July 17 and driving without third party insurance. He was fined £276 and must pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £250 and his driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

JENNIFER STANGROOM, 64, of Barleyfields, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving 40 mph in a 30 mph area at Wantage Road, Didcot, on July 13. She was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for six months.

ALESSANDRO RENNIE, 22, of Princess Gardens, Grove, admitted aggravated vehicle taking and property damage at Wantage on February 27 as well as driving without a valid licence and road test certificate. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JASON WOLSTENCROFT, 50, of Bridge Street, Banbury admitted stealing £79.50 of aftershave from Debenhams, Banbury, on February 28 and breaching a previously imposed suspended sentence. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and the original suspended sentence order was varied to 10 weeks jail suspended for 19 months instead of 18 months suspension.

MONICKA SZACHMYTOWSKA, 28, of Ock Street, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a man at Abingdon on July 14. She was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85

JAMES BADRICK, 39, of Filkins, near Lechlade, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Banbury Police Station on January 4. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for six months and he must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for three years.

DAVID GIBBONS, 56, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of supervision following release from prison February 11. He was jailed for 10 days.

ANTHONY SEXTON, 30, of Stowford Road, Headington, admitted assaulting a person unknown at Oxford on February 5 as well as breaching a previously imposed community order. He was jailed for a total of 20 weeks.

CALLUM LEDBURY, 20, of Springfield Road, Wantage, was convicted of driving without a licence as well as without third party insurance at Abingdon Road, Didcot on November 18. He was fined a total of £160 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

NEIL MANLEY, 28, of Woodfield, Banbury, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on November 6 at Wellington Avenue, Banbury. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

ROSS JOSEPH MCMAHON, 19, of William Street, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between September 17 and October 15. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

KARL MERCHANT, 29, of Nursery End, Stanford in the Vale, admitted using a vehicle with tyres with insufficient tread in Wantage on October 3. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

PHILIP REEVE, 60, of Main Street, Grove, admitted speeding at 52mph in a 30mph zone in the A4130 at Rowstock on January 17. Fined £535, must pay a victim surcharge of £53 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

PAULA KATARZYNA ROSOLOWSKA, 28, of Bettina Crescent, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle without a licence in Lapsley Drive, Banbury, on October 16. Fined £146, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

KERRY LOUISE WHEELER, 36, of Barrow Road, Shippon, admitted using a vehicle without insurance or a licence on the A415, Southmoor, on January 5. Fined £880, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Eight penalty points.

JAMIE MCCUAIG, 32, of Watermill Way, Barton, admitted failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between September 18 and October 16. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for six months.

LIAM BAIRD, 26, of Bluebell Court, Oxford, admitted using a vehicle without insurance or a licence in Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, on January 18. Fined £880, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

CHRISTOPHER RICHARD CHAPMAN, 36, of Tower Close, Abingdon, admitted using a vehicle without insurance in Hinksey Hill, Oxford, on August 26. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

JIMMY DOWN, 31, of Woodhill Lane Caravan Park, East Challow, admitted failing to stop a vehicle when directed to by a constable in Watlington Road, Oxford, on October 3. Fined £440, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85.

RICHARD DUNN, 48, of Iffley Turn, Oxford, admitted speeding at 97mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 between junction 10 and 11 on December 31. Fined £500, must pay a victim surcharge of £55 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

JAMES JOHN EVANS, 29, of Furlong Downs Road, Standlake, admitted using a mobile phone while driving on the B4449 at Stanton Harcourt, on October 10. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

STUART GRAY, 28, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, admitted using a vehicle without insurance in Bretch Hill, Banbury, on October 24. Fined £200, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

ANTHONY JOHN EDWARD BAUGH, 32, of Edinburgh Close, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place and sending an offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing message in Banbury Police Station, Warwick Road, Banbury, on January 21. Sent to prison for 14 weeks, must pay a victim surcharge of £115. A restraining order was made.
