Bexley police have responded to at least 24 burglaries and attempted burglaries across the borough in the past couple of weeks.

According to officers' reports in the latest Bexley Borough Neighbourhood Watch Update, a number of wards were targeted by burglars.

Unfortunately some of these attempts were successful, with some homeowners having cash and other valuables taken.

However, according to Dana Wiffen of the neighbourhood watch office, there has been a reduction in the number of burglaries reported across Bexley over the past few weeks.

As burglaries continue across the borough, we have pinpointed the roads which were targeted in the last fortnight.
