Commuters travelling to or from Chislehurst this morning have been urged to catch a bus.
Southeastern say there is "problems with line-side equipment" which is preventing its trains from calling at the station.

National Rail say it expects disruption to last until at least 9.30am with trains being cancelled, delayed or revised.
A statement read: "Due to a local electrical supply problem affecting the driver dispatch monitors, we are unable to stop at Chislehurst station."

London buses are accepting tickets between Chislehurst and Orpington.
Passengers can hop on the R7 between Chislehurst and Petts Wood / Orpington at no extra cost.

UPDATE - Southeastern is now reporting that trains are back running through Chislehurst, with the problem taking shorter than expected to resolve.
UPDATE - More bad news...
⚠️ UPDATE: Trains heading AWAY from London are now unable to stop at #Chislehurst because of a problem with the line-side equipment. Tickets are being accepted on London Bus services between Chislehurst and Orpington. Trains towards London are able to stop as normal.
