Southeastern has said its trains will run on "winter weather timetable", with passengers warned of peak services being busier than normal.

The rail company, which serves south-east London, Kent and parts of East Sussex, will run an "enhanced Saturday service with additional peak services".

It has said it will be running the revised timetable tomorrow (February 1), as bad weather is forecast.

The Met Office has issued an amber weather warning for snow between 2pm and 9pm on Thursday.

Its website states the warning covers London and south east England.
