Fire crews were called to deal with a blaze which broke out at a home in Slade Green earlier today.
Forty firefighters and six engines were dispatched shortly before 3pm to Bridge Road to tackle the flames.
Fire crews from Erith, Bexley and Plumstead fire stations, along with Kent Fire and Rescue Service, were also at the scene.

The cause of the fire is not known at this stage but under investigation.
A spokeswoman for the London Ambulance Service said: ""We were called at 2:48pm today (30 January) to reports of a fire at a residential address on Bridge Road, Erith.
"We sent an ambulance crew, an incident response officer and a single responder in a car to the scene. We also dispatched our hazardous area response team (HART).
"We did not treat any patients however we remain on the scene as a precaution."
