An overturned car on the M25 just before the Dartford Crossing has caused massive delays for commuters this morning with four miles of traffic reportedly left queuing.
It is understood that an incident occurred shortly before 8am this morning just before Junction 1A with traffic now congested back to the Swanley Interchange.
Traffic officers from Highways England have said that they had to hold traffic in order to clear the car before allowing traffic to move again.

Another car then broke down in the queues of traffic just before 9am which led to the closure of lanes one and two, adding to the delays.
Travel time for those stuck in traffic is estimated at 35 minutes with traffic officers warning drivers of delays on approach to Junction 3.
More as we get it.
