A woman has been taken to hospital as a priority after a car crash in Lee.
The crash was in Raven’s Way, near Eltham Road, and the London Ambulance Service was called just after 11am.
It is understood the car left the carriageway and crashed into a fence. The ambulance also took a child to hospital.
A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said: "We sent three ambulance crews, two medics in cars, an advanced paramedic and an incident response officer to the scene.
"We treated a woman and a child at the scene. We took them both to hospital, the woman as a priority."
The A20 Eltham Road was initially closed both ways after the accident involving a car.
Buses were being diverted but the road is now back open after being blocked for just under one hour.
The Met Police have been contacted for more information.
