The large knife was sezied
A large knife was seized by police as part of an arrest in Biggin Hill last night.
Police were called to reports of "youths smoking drugs" near Biggin Hill memorial library yesterday evening.
Attending officers arrested a 16-year-old male, of Church Road, Westerham. He has been charged with knife and drug possession.
