Hundreds of trains in south-east London have been cancelled this weekend because of engineering works.
No Southeastern trains between Lewisham, Sidcup and Orpington will run on either Saturday or Sunday.
It has been a miserable start to the year for commuters who have coughed up 3.1 per cent more money to travel on trains.
People are asked to travel on bus as the main London train stations will not be running a normal services to places like Hayes, Orpington, Bromley North or Grove Park.
The engineering work is taking place between Hither Green, Sidcup and Chislehurst, forcing all lines to close.
Buses will replace trains between Lewisham and Sidcup / Orpington.
Some diversions will be in place:
Trains between London Charing Cross and Hastings are diverted between St Johns and Petts Wood and via but not calling at Beckenham Junction.
Trains between London Victoria and Orpington are extend to run to / from Tonbridge.
Passengers should check available times before travelling.
