Snaresbrook Crown Court, where Mr Graden is due to appear
A Belvedere man has been charged with the rape of a woman in Whitechapel following a public appeal.
Jonathan Graden, 29, of Poppy close, was arrested on 21 December and charged with rape the following day.
The 22-year-old victim reported being attacked in Whitechapel, in the early hours of Friday November 9.
A public appeal was launched soon after to identify a suspect.
Mr Graden was initially kept in custody before appearing at Bexley Magistrates ' Court on December 24.
He remains in custody and will appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Monday January 21.
