A child has been taken to hospital after being knocked down outside a primary school in Thamesmead.
A spokeswoman from the London Ambulance Service has said: "We were called at 8.01am today (December 14) to Hoveton Road, Thamesmead to reports of a road traffic collision involving a pedestrian.
"We sent a single responder in a car and an ambulance crew to the scene.
"We treated a child at the scene and took them to hospital."
According to social media users on the Thamesmead All Stages SE28 Facebook group, the incident took place near the Bishop John Robinson primary school.
