A 'prolific' Greenwich burglar has been jailed for four years.

Paul Reeve, 24, was jailed on November 26 at Woolwich Crown Court after being found guilty to two counts of burglary.

The court heard that on July 25, Reeve smashed a rear window of a residential property, in which a young couple and their infant son lived, gaining entry.

Reeve then went on to steal over £33,000 worth of property including the family car which also contained the families car seat and buggy.

Trainee Detective Constable Kaur, the investigating officer, said “This is a fantastic custodial sentence for Reeve who is a repeat offender”.
