Woolwich was host to a festive spectacular attended by hundreds of people.
Christmas started in style at the Woolwich Winter Warmer with the lighting of the Christmas tree in General Gordon Square and a huge range of events for both adults and children.
The free, Christmas-themed event included a lantern parade, street performers, live music and a grand fireworks finale on the Royal Arsenal Riverside.
Acts included the Boppin Bunnies Christmas Show, the Ukelele Ska Collective, Spark Worldbeaters and Rockaustic.
Did you attend the event? We would love to see your photos. Send them to emily.hennings@newsquest.co.uk.
