Police are on the lookout for two suspicious men supposedly posing as officers in Penge.
The bogus policemen are dressed in plain clothes and reportedly have fake warrant cards.

Numerous calls have been made to police to report the strange behaviour.
An officer at Penge & Cator police told News Shopper they have no idea why this was happening.
There have been numerous reports of two suspicious males going around together in the #Penge area impersonating Police Officers. They are dressed in plain clothes and may have fake warrant cards. If you are suspicious and in doubt. Do not let them in and call 101 or 999

The policeman said: "The first incident that was reported to us was on Friday (November 23) at approximately 1.30pm in the Maple Road area of Penge.
"The motive for this is not known at this stage."
Penge & Cator police advised residents to call 101 or 999 if they were in any doubt over someone's real identity.
