Hundreds of residents in south east London woke up to no water or low pressure earlier this morning.
Homes in Penge, Brockley, Biggin Hill, Sydenham and Honor Oak Park were just some of the areas affected.
Thames Water said earlier this morning: “We’re sorry to customers impacted by now water or low pressure in the following post code areas: SE14, SE20, SE4, SE13, SE15, BR3 and SE26.”
We’re aware some customers in the #SE area are experiencing no water/low pressure. We’re looking into this now and we’ll provide an update as soon as we have more info.

The company investigated the issue and a spokesman told News Shopper the situation is now resolved.
He said: “There was a technical fault to a valve which reduced water pressure to higher ground in the area for a short period of time this morning.
“The issue has been resolved and supplies are returning to normal.”
