Greenwich’s best-performing secondary schools based on Attainment 8 scores have been revealed by the Government.
The Department of Education (DfE) has published the latest list of results for pupils in Key Stage 4 from 2018.
Schools obtain a score based on how well pupils have performed in English, Maths, three English Baccalaureate qualifications, such as science, computer science, history, geography, and languages - and three other additionally approved qualifications.
It is used by the DfE as one of several factors to assess schools in the country.
Greenwich schools have achieved below the Attainment 8 national average with 44.3.
Government-labelled 'special' schools have been omitted from this ranking.
Below is a list of the top 12 secondary schools in Greenwich with the highest Attainment 8 scores:

Ark Greenwich Free School - 50.2
Eltham Hill School - 49.0
Woolwich Polytechnic School - 45.4
St Paul’s Academy - 45.1
Plumstead Manor School - 42.4
Thomas Tallis School - 45.5
Stationers’ Crown Woods School - 41.1
The John Roan School - 36.4
Corelli College - 30.5
