British Transport Police have released a photo of a man they want to find after an Atomic Kitten singer said she was sexually assaulted on a train.

Natasha Hamilton said she was “appalled” after a man “pushed his penis” against her on a train from London Bridge to Elmstead Woods.

After the incident on October 10, the shaken singer tweeted: “This vile excuse of a man just had his penis pushed up against me while on this overground train from London Bridge heading to Elmstead Woods.

“I thought it was a bag until I felt him heavy breathing down my neck. I am appalled and calling the transport police when I get off.”

She later wrote: “Honestly I am shaking and feel so violated now. But more than anything I am so angry. This has to stop happening to people.”

British Transport Police has now shared images of the suspect and asked anyone who recognises him to text his name to 61016.

A BTP spokesman said: "A man stood close to a woman on a busy Southeastern trains service, he then began pressing himself onto her. The man also breathed down the woman’s neck.

"Officers believe the man shown in this image may have information which could help them investigate."

Anyone with information on the suspect can text to 61016 or call 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 677 of 10/10/2018.

Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 40 50 40.
