People in Lewisham, Greenwich and Bromley have some of the lowest levels of life satisfaction in the UK, but Dartford is looking up.

A new survey from the Office of National Statistics has revealed that those in these areas are only rating their life satisfaction as a 7 out of 10.

A seven is below the national average and therefore makes for worrying reading.

According to the research, people's views about their health, employment, and relationship status are the factors most likely to impact how they rate their personal well-being.

Bad health was the most significant factor associated with reports of poor well-being, followed by being economically inactive with a long-term illness or disability.

However, those in Dartford and in general Kent are getting happier. Research shows that people that live in Dartford didn't record so much anxiety as they did last year.

But do you agree? Are you a south east Londoner full of life and happiness?
