A police helicopter search was launched in Swanley to find a man suspected of driving while banned - but the suspect has not been caught.
Kent Police confirmed the helicopter was deployed to assist officers after they received reports a man who has been banned from driving was cruising around in a dark grey VW Golf.
When officers began to pursue the suspect shortly after midday this afternoon, he got out of the car in Brook Road and ran off.
However, police were unsuccessful in the search and the suspect remains at large.
They are now appealing to the public to help find their suspect.
