Drivers are warned to expect delays on the Dartford crossing this afternoon as one of the tunnels has been blocked due to flooding.
The two lanes in the right hand tunnel have been closed for safety reasons as a result of the flooding.
According to Highways England, emergency works are being carried out. A tweet from the agency says it is working to reopen the tunnel as soon as possible.
Currently, traffic is piling up to the Darenth interchange and the Swanley interchange.
The smaller left hand tunnel is still open, but drivers are warned to expect delays this rush hour.
