Descriptions of three men police want to speak with have been released after a man in his 40s was stabbed in Erith.

Police were called to West Street shortly after 4pm on Friday, September 7, to reports a man who worked in the area had been stabbed in the leg.

He was taken to hospital and has since been discharged.

Police believe the man got into an argument with three teenagers before the attack. One of the teens then stabbed him before all three ran off.

Now officers have provided descriptions of three people they want to speak to in connection with the attack.

The first suspect is described as white, about 5ft 1in, with short brown hair and tattoos. He was wearing black tracksuit bottoms.

The second suspect is white, about 5ft 9in, and was wearing a white t-shirt and grey tracksuit bottoms.

The third suspect is described as of Middle Eastern appearance and of moderate build. He was wearing a grey t-shirt with white writing and light coloured jeans.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of GBH, and has since been released under investigation. Enquiries continue.
