A driver has had to be cut from a car after a rush-hour crash involving three vehicles on the A2 in Southfleet.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service attended just before the Pepperhill turn-off this morning.
Firefighters used specialist equipment, including 'jaws of life', to free the 62-year-old driver, who was treated by paramedics.
A spokesman from South East Coast Ambulance Service said the driver who was rescued was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital.
He is said to be suffering with a back injury.
