Trains on the Sidcup line are likely to be disrupted this afternoon after a woman was on the tracks at Crayford station.
On Twitter, Southeastern announced trains were not able to run through the station while emergency services were at the scene.
Police have confirmed there was "concern for the welfare" of the woman.
She has now been moved and is said to be safe.
A British Transport Police spokesman confirmed:
“Officers were called to Crayford station in Dartford at 11.18am today, after concerns for the welfare of a woman on the tracks.
“Officers attended and a woman was taken to a place of safety.”
Although line is now running, passengers are warned some trains could still be delayed, diverted or cancelled altogether.
