London Fire Brigade were called to house fire this afternoon in Slade Green.
Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to Stevenson Close at 3.18pm.
Most of the ground and first floors of a semi detached house were damaged by fire.
One woman was rescued by a member of the public before the arrival of the Brigade.
She was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation before being taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews.
Fire crews from Erith, Bexley and Plumstead were at the scene and the cause of fire is now under investigation.
