A teenager has been charged with assault by beating after an incident in Bexleyheath.
Police were called to Albion Road on Monday (June 25) where they arrested a 16-year-old boy.
A police spokesman added: “The victim, a man aged in his 60s, was treated at the scene by members of the public for minor injuries.”
The teenager has been bailed and will appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on August 1.

According to reports on social media, the assault took place outside Tenpin bowling alley in Bexleyheath.
It is the second serious incident in the area this month after a 13-year-old girl was arrested for assaulting a woman in her 40s on June 19.
