Kingston High Street had to be closed all night after police found a man collapsed with head injuries.
Met Police were called shortly before midnight last night (June 16) to the high street after London Ambulance crew found the man, believed to be in his 30s, collapsed.
He was taken to a west London hospital for treatment and his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Met Police said there is no confirmation yet on how he sustained these injuries but witnesses said they believed it was a "serious assault".
