Julian Speroni - Very little to do - but will be disappointed not to have held onto Kisnorbo's header which led to Campbell's opener. Did make a good save from Wesolowski's deflected drive. 6.

Matt Lawrence - Sound at right-back before being switched to central-midfield where he looked comfortable. 6.

Tony Craig - Combative display from the full-back and got two head stitches for his troubles. Man of the match. 7.

Mark Hudson - A solid enough display from the captain and could have got on the score sheet with a bullet header straight at Fulop. Will be disappointed with confusion leading to both goals. 6.

Leon Cort - Looked strong throughout - but like Hudson will be gutted his side conceded two goals from two corners. 7.

Stuart Green - Looked menacing at times but didn't have much time or space to express himself in final third. Well taken free-kick. 7.

Tom Soares - In and out of the game - but obviously struggling to impose himself on games from right wing. Must be longing for a chance in centre midfield. 6.

Jose Fonte - Not the best league debut for the Portuguese defender - played out of position and it showed. Hauled off at half-time. 5.

Mark Kennedy - A steady display from the Irish man, but failed to fully impose himself. 6.

James Scowcroft - Worked hard and won his fair share of headers. Starved of service and failed to reproduce his Saints hat-trick form. 6.

Clinton Morrison - Edging closer to 100 goals for Palace after rescuing a point for his side. Showed great enthusiasm throughout. 7.

Subs.

Danny Butterfield (replaced Fonte, 46) - A couple of shaky moments but was mostly comfortable. Great free-kick for late equaliser. 6.

Shefki Kuqi (replaced Green, 70) - No real impact made by the troubled Finn.

Dougie Freedman (replaced Kennedy, 70) - Showed a few nice touches.
