A person has been taken to hospital after an air ambulance landed on a green in Abbey Wood.
Emergency services were called to Edington Road this afternoon, shortly after 3pm.
Reports suggested paramedics attended to someone inside their house. A photo shared with News Shopper shows the chopper at the scene, with people gathered around.
A spokeswoman for London Ambulance Service told News Shopper: “We were called at 3:09pm today to Edington Road, SE2, to reports of an incident.
“We sent an incident response officer, a single responder in a car and an ambulance crew to the scene. London's Air Ambulance was also dispatched by air.
“We treated a person and took them by road to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
