Drivers across the Bexley borough are once again being warned to look after their cars after police have announced they are focusing on vehicle crime.
After receiving more reports of vehicles being broken into at Queen Mary's Hospital car park, Sidcup police is conducting patrols in 'problem areas' for this kind of crime.
It has identified car parks at Queen Mary's, B&Q and Morrison's car parks in Sidcup as high risk for this type of crime.
The crackdown comes as police in Longlands have warned drivers of Range Rovers and Land Rovers to get in touch with their garages, after three cars had their lights stolen in one night.

According to police, the lights "cost a fortune" to replace, so owners are advised to take extra measures to keep their vehicles safe.
After consulting with garages, the main piece of advice to drivers from police is to use screw caps on the light fittings.
