Crystal Palace Park was left in an unattractive state after the bank holiday weekend.
Trish Anderson photographed the rubbish on Tuesday (May 8) morning when she visited the park.
In a statement on Facebook, the angry resident said: "Some of you will know that I quite often post photos showing the beauty of our local park and it is for this reason I find it so disappointing that after a busy weekend, the park is left in such a state as it was this morning."
Trish also told News Shopper: "People need to start taking personal responsibility for their litter. If you can carry bags to the park, then afterwards, you can carry them to the nearest empty bin, it really is that simple."
