House prices in Sidcup have risen at the fastest rate of anywhere in the UK since the beginning of 2018.
Research conducted by property website Zoopla showed that the first quarter of the year saw house prices rise by an average of £11,761.
This increase marks a rise of 2.89 per cent since January 1.
The average price of a house in Sidcup was £418,490 as of March 2018, according to Zoopla.
In general, house prices in London rose by 1.48 per cent in the first quarter of the year, with the average house in the capital costing £613,013.
