An ice cream parlour is bringing the magic of liquid nitrogen to Bluewater shopping centre for the first time at their newest store.
Shoppers will be able to order the ice cream from April 7 at Four Winters at 12pm.
To celebrate the opening the first fifty customers will receive their ‘Garden of England’ ice cream which features fresh edible flowers, crushed lotus of biscuits inspired by Kent’s countryside.
Sweet-toothed shoppers can also indulge in various made-to-order ice cream, puddings, hot drinks and shakes.
Four Winters' ice cream is made using liquid nitrogen, flash freezing the liquid base in front of your eyes.
Also on the menu is spring edition ice cream flavours such as Lavender Honey , Strawberry Cheesecake, Marshmallow Passion and Rose Lokum.
