A group of teenagers allegedly assaulted and robbed a boy at Petts Wood station this afternoon.
British Transport Police were called at 3.56pm after reports of a robbery on a train between Bickley and Petts Wood.
A spokesman told News Shopper: "A 16-year-old boy was approached by four other teenagers who assaulted him and stole his mobile phone. They then left the train at Petts Wood station.
"Enquiries are now underway and officers will be seizing all available CCTV and looking to speak with witnesses."
Anyone who was on the train and saw anything is asked to text BTP on 61016 or call 0800 40 50 40 quoting the reference 362 of 12/03/2018.
