A flood alert has been issued for parts of Dartford.
The Environment Agency has put out the alert for the coast from Dartford To Allhallows, warning residents to be prepared.
Flooding is possible for this afternoon, for the 1.05 high tide.
The Environment Agency said: "A positive tidal surge associated with low pressure is also raising water levels around the coast and in tidal areas. Minor flooding of low lying coastal land and roads is possible. "
Residents are being warned that tides could be higher than usual.
The alert has been issued covering Dartford, through Gravesend and along the coast to Allhallows.
