The burglary hotspots for Christmas criminals have been revealed in new figures from the Metropolitan Police.

There were 193 cases of home burglaries reported in Bromley last month as thieves looked to take advantage of the festive period.

However, this was down on the month before when 253 residential burglary cases were investigated by Bromley Police.

Chislehurst and Penge and Cator were the most infamous spots for residential burglaries in December 2017.

Both wards had properties targeted 21 times.
