Police have arrested four men after a group allegedly began attacking each other with weapons in Abbey Wood.
The fight in Sydney Road on Friday at about 4.50pm left a number of weapons scattered across the street.
It was reported one man was armed with a knife, and another with a hammer.
Police and the London Ambulance Service attended the scene and found three men suffering with injuries.
The men were taken to hospital for non-life threatening injuries, with witnesses saying one man had been knocked unconscious.
Witnesses also said there was a heavy police presence, with sniffer dogs and forensic officers at the scene.
One witness said police had cordoned off the road and had stopped people returning to their houses.
People were kept outside their houses and only allowed back with police escorts, according to reports on social media.
A 27-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of affray.
Another 27-year-old man and a 23-year-old man were arrested after they were treated in hospital.
Both of these men were also arrested on suspicion of affray, while the 27-year-old was further arrested on suspicion of possessing of a bladed article.
All four have been bailed to return to a south London police station in December.
