Police have warned that car theft is on the up in Bromley borough.
Officers from Petts Wood & Knoll ward said: "Bromley is being hit with many thefts from motor vehicles. Are you the next victim? Please make sure your car is secured keep all goods out of sight."
Police from the Cray Valley West ward also put out a warning on Twitter. It said: "We have seen an increase in keyless car theft across the ward.. Please report any suspicious activity to us."
Thieves are learning how to break into cars that do not have keys according to a leaflet released by the Met.
