British racing champion Jenson Button will be putting the brakes on at Bluewater for a few hours to sign copies of his book and meet fans.

Jenson Button has appeared in the joint most grand prix in history, racing in 308 over 17 years of competing.

Button, from Somerset, will be singing copies of his book Life to the Limit at Waterstones on Saturday, October 21.

Fans need to have a copy of the book to meet the driver, and are advised to get to the store early.

Life to the Limit has Jenson telling his own story, and reveals his relationship with other drivers like Lewis Hamilton and Michael Schumacher.

Bookstore manager David Sheldrake said “We are incredibly excited to host this event with one of Britain's leading sportsman. The book itself promises to be a fascinating read.”
